Carter Nursing and Rehabilitation is excited to share resident Kathy Anne Roseberry’s Success Story!

Kathy Anne Roseberry admitted to Carter Nursing & Rehab Center on January 30, 2024 under the care of Kari Shields. During the course of her stay, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy were initiated to efficiently and effectively identify Kathy’s unique needs and tailor specialized treatment plans to successfully transition her to the next level of care. Our therapy team provided skilled interventions to address the adaptation, compensation, and restoration potential of Kathy and coordinated with our interdisciplinary team to ensure appropriate clinical care areas were addressed. On February 15, 2024, Kathy Anne Roseberry successfully discharged to home! Congratulations to Kathy and her Care Team on their success!
